While regular yoga is practiced without goats, goat yoga incorporates the goats in different ways, such as having them sit on your back or allowing them to freely roam around, adding to the fun and enjoyment. Lainey strongly believes that goats are incredibly effective at promoting healing. Unlike other animals that help people relax, goats do not require a special bond to fully engage with humans. They are comfortable approaching and demanding attention from both strangers and familiar faces.
